Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and billing.
- Enforce hotel policies and security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
