Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional smile upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and politely.
- Handle basic guest requests, such as providing local recommendations or room service assistance.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift light objects for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
