Responsibilities
- Guest Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process registrations, reservations, and payments while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Inquiry Management: Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person requests regarding hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and retention.
- Lobby Oversight: Monitor the front desk area and lobby to ensure a pristine, organized, and secure environment for all guests.
- Concierge Services: Provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and transportation within the Charlotte area.
- Security Protocols: Adhere to all hotel security policies and manage key card systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Availability: Must have strict availability for Weekend Shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible evening hours.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Technology: Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Appearance: Professional appearance, grooming, and a friendly, outgoing personality.
