As a key member of our front-line team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. We offer a supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and verifying information.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries regarding services and amenities.
- Handle guest requests, from restaurant recommendations to wake-up calls, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
