Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and verifying identification.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries and directing messages to the appropriate departments.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Assist with daily front desk operations, including managing reservations, updating guest profiles, and maintaining lobby cleanliness.
- Key Management: Securely handle room keys and access cards, ensuring only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Professionalism: A neat, professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
