Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payment processing is accurate and secure.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information regarding hotel services, directions, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Manage the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with check-out processes, including issuing keys, processing charges, and printing folios.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including property management systems (PMS).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
