Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management software
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues with exceptional professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
- Collaborate with security team to ensure property safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds preferred)
- Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish speakers strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
