Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones, handling inquiries, and processing payments.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or requests immediately and professionally.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of guest stays and preferences.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local errands.
