Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of hygiene across all guest rooms and public areas.
- Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to maximize efficiency and morale.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain luxury standards.
- Manage inventory of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
- Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
