About the Role:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and handle guest inquiries with a smile.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival.
- Check-in/Check-out: Process registrations, issue room keys, and manage payments accurately using our property management system.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, answer questions about the hotel/property, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the front desk area, manage correspondence, and handle incoming mail.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to the manager when necessary.
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating shuttle services, restaurant reservations, and local activity recommendations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No Experience Required: Candidates with or without prior front desk experience are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new software systems.
