Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently using hotel management software
- Manage reservations and optimize room availability
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and special promotions
- Maintain secure guest data and confidential information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS systems
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
