You will be responsible for managing the front lobby, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with the utmost professionalism. Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and lobby management during peak weekend hours.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Process payments and handle inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet our high standards.
- Assist with special requests and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and alternate holidays as needed.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude is essential.
