Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality food and beverage service standards are consistently met.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and schedule staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, track costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Certification: Current Food Safety Manager Certification (FSSC 22000) required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality preferred.
