Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage phone inquiries and reservations with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements to ensure a memorable stay.
- Monitor front desk security and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including lobby and front desk areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (e.g., luggage).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
