Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping operations for weekend occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with dining, valet, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute weekend VIP arrival procedures and special requests
- Contribute to property safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler/ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
