Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to perfection according to brand standards.
- Staff Training: Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and luxury service standards to foster a culture of excellence.
- Quality Assurance: Perform frequent inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with company policies and guest satisfaction requirements.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Guest Relations: Address any guest concerns regarding room cleanliness or amenities promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain staff schedules to optimize workflow during peak and off-peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within luxury hotel housekeeping or hospitality management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and managing performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot details and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
