Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Process payments and manage room keys securely.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
