Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Manage high-volume phone lines and email inquiries with poise and professionalism.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests immediately to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with strict accuracy and security.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with daily housekeeping rounds and special requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software is a plus.
