Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences with 24/7 guest support
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing operations using PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and conflicts with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Upsell premium amenities and packages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Execute emergency procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (for valet coordination)
- Basic math and cash handling certification
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
