Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out services for all guests.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk reception area with poise and professionalism.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Assist with baggage handling, valet coordination, and local area recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring high standards of visual presentation.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel property management system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS (Property Management Systems).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
