Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with speed and accuracy
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Utilize property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance revenue
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania hospitality certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and services
