Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Operate property management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Assist with local area recommendations and activity bookings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Tampa Bay area attractions
