Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries accurately
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with proactive solutions
- Operate property management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Tucson attractions preferred
