Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and payment processing accurately

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera/Marriott PMS a plus)
