Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide local recommendations
- Maintain accurate reservation records and billing information
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for guest rooms
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with precision
- Collaborate with security team to ensure guest safety and property security
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, IDS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for valet duties (if applicable)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
