- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash/credit card transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and incidents
- Ensure lobby area remains clean and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic cash handling and math proficiency
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
