Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera/PMS systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams seamlessly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Act as local tourism resource for guests exploring Seattle attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Seattle tourism and transportation
