Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with speed and precision
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Uphroom brand standards through professional appearance and demeanor
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for property errands)
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and transportation
