Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and precision
- Handle reservations, payments, and billing inquiries using PMS software
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences to maximize revenue
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for valet coordination)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Arlington tourism attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
