Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm check-in/check-out procedures and personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments seamlessly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio) preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Valid CA driver's license (if airport transfers required)
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
