Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, check-ins, check-outs, and room key distribution using our property management system.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the front desk area to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest logs, process payments, and complete daily shift reports.
- General Support: Assist with concierge services, baggage handling, and other guest services as needed.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are required; we will teach you the specific software.
- Attitude: A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage if required.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
