Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using our property management system
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling when needed
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
