Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years of hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expert knowledge of PMS systems and hotel operations
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid North Carolina hospitality certification preferred
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills a plus
