Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently with hotel software systems
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and payment transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality protocols
- Process mail/packages and manage lost-and-found items
- Assist with lobby operations and VIP guest arrangements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
