Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and problem resolution
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using property management systems
- Uphold brand standards through consistent cleanliness, safety, and service protocols
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries for hotel functions and local attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Valid California Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local tourism attractions and transportation options
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
