Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel with accuracy and efficiency using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional, calm, and timely manner.
- Process payments, including credit cards and cash, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Monitor security systems and strictly adhere to hotel safety and emergency protocols.
- Update guest profiles and reservation details to ensure personalized service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and present a professional appearance.
