Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to ensure our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables or suites upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions regarding menu items, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks with efficiency, attention to detail, and a welcoming smile.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and restrooms throughout your shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Cashier duties, including processing payments accurately and handling tips.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or bartending is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team and remain composed under pressure during peak hours.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills for order entry and POS systems.
