Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
