Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and billing.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with a focus on resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Assist with hotel operations, including managing reservations and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Monitor the front desk area and lobby to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
- Process payments and maintain strict cash and credit card handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
