Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and valet stations
- Perform housekeeping duties including room preparation and public area maintenance
- Assist with event setup and catering services
- Operate reservation systems and manage check-in/check-out processes

Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required
