Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized greetings and efficient check-in/check-out services for all guests.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, processing reservations, and monitoring lobby traffic.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Process payments accurately and maintain strict adherence to financial controls and security procedures.
- Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness.
- Upsell hotel amenities and promote local Dallas attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk, concierge, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera or Micros.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
