As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for superior hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, directing calls and taking detailed messages.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital transactions, balancing the drawer at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
