Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and public spaces.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure room readiness.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) with flexibility to work holidays if required.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
