Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms according to strict hotel protocols.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the Front Desk or Management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards at all times.
- Follow safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
