Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room readiness
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel systems and occupancy reports
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Flexible schedule availability during peak seasons
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
