Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, take accurate reservations, and answer guest inquiries promptly.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or requests with a positive attitude and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage room keys, and update guest records in our property management system.
- Security: Ensure the safety of guests and property by monitoring security cameras and following hotel security protocols.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and a passion for service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer literacy; willingness to learn our booking software and PMS is a plus.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., luggage boxes).
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
