Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments with strict accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate housekeeping requests and maintenance issues to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional appearance and organize the front desk area to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
