Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our proprietary PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to team success
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Valid California driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with passion for creating guest experiences
