Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone/email/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) effectively
- Uphold brand standards and maintain lobby aesthetics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid CA driver's license (if required for errands)
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
