Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage high-volume phone lines and respond to guest inquiries promptly via email or in-person.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and reconcile daily financial reports.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is well-maintained.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
